Michael “Hutch” Hutchison moved to Park City with his wife (and now business partner), Bonita and 2 boys in 2011 after years of visiting and enjoying all that Park City has to offer. Mike began his real estate career as one of the highest customer service rated mortgage brokers in the Chicago suburbs. On the side, Mike pursued his real passion by purchasing residential rental and rehab properties. Following many successful transitions, Mike moved fulltime into real estate using his talents to identify and purchase vacation rental proprieties; eventually growing his portfolio as a land developer, home builder, and property manager.

Today, Mike has over 21 years of experience identifying homes and investment properties. Since making the move to Park City, Mike has used his expertise to assist Park City clients with finding their dream home, family relocation, and investment property identification.

Mike prides himself on the fact that over 85% of his business is based on referrals. Mike’s commitment to hard work, dedication to customer service, and ability to listen and follow through has led to his success in helping clients reach their real estate goals. He is detail oriented and dedicated to providing effective communication that earns trust,  referrals and repeat business.

Mike is an avid skier, and his happiest days are spent with his wife and two boys making turns in the powder. Mike also enjoys golf, hockey, boating, camping, hiking, and attending his 2 boys sporting events. After a long day of real estate and enjoying all that Park City has to offer, Mike can be found enjoying a cold one in front of the fire laughing with friends.
