So, you’ve just come down the mountain after a long day skiing with the family. It’s been a hoot of a trip! It’s now time to find some dinner for the whole family. Park City has no shortage of amazing restaurants, but people are always asking for the best place to take the kids. Check out the restaurants our family loves and recommends!
Red Rock Brewery – A Pleasing Meal For Everyone
Red Rock is our go-to family restaurant for menu items that please everyone in the family. Here’s how our family orders: Mike gets The Burger Special, Bonita gets the New York Steak Salad, Hugh devours the Gourmet Mac-N-Cheese (it’s got to have the bacon crumbles) and Hunter goes to town on cheese pizza or pasta. When we visit Red Rock everyone leaves happy! Enjoy other items on the menu like wood-fired pizza, sandwiches like Rueben’s and burgers, pastas, and tons of appetizers!
Plus, enjoy their beer selection, including their beer selection of the month! If you’re looking to enjoy a cold, crisp beer, there’s no better place than a local brewery. Red Rock certainly excels, with a beer menu that’s impressive in size! Be sure to ask for their seasonal selections if you want an exclusive menu item.

If you’re craving some East Coast pizza, prepare yourselves for New York style. It’s all about the crust and Este Pizza Co. has figured out the perfect texture. Buy by the slice or a whole pizza pie; it’s certainly a family friendly food! They’re a local, family-owned pizzeria that cares very much about great pizza, fresh, hand-cut ingredients, homemade sauces and a good atmosphere! Check out their menu, which includes some vegan items as well.
The Brick Burger and Bar – The Best Burger Joint

The newest restaurant on Main Street is bringing what we needed most – a great burger joint! And they do it right. Great burgers, an even better atmosphere and the best fries in town. Finally, a great place for a family bite on Main Street! Enjoy their top selections at appetizers, including chicken tenders, wings, jalapeno toppers, and more delicious delicacies. Scour their burger menu, complete with specialty burgers like the Goodnight Burger, featuring a patty, applewood smoked bacon, a sunny-side up egg, maple syrup, and cheese.
The Brick Burger and Bar also features a beer list, an extensive wine selection, and several options for mixed drinks and cocktails. Make sure you top your dinner off with some cheesecake or lava cake! Maybe some fried Oreos for the family?
Bortolo – Best Family Italian Restaurant
Bortolo is a delicious, traditional Italian restaurant that comes complete with a kid’s menu. Bortolo offers local food and brunch everyday, all of which are homemade. Because of the delicious delicacies Bortolo offers, it’s self-titled “Your Favorite Neighborhood Spot”! For adults, we recommend the Rigatoni Bolognese. It’s amazing! Our youngest could live on their homemade spaghetti with marinara; it’s the best he’s ever had! Their service is always wonderful. They sure know how to take care of their guests.
Daly’s Pub & Rec – Best Food & Entertainment

Daly’s Pub and Rec at the Montage, Deer Valley offers the family a modern twist on traditional family classics. Loads of entertainment for the kids including bowling, darts, shuffleboard, video games, and sports-filled TVs give families a relaxing vacation from their vacation. From brick oven pizza to chicken pot pies and killer salads, the menu has options to please the pickiest eater and to satisfy the most refined pallet. Bring your credit card and your quarters! The food is reasonably priced, but the a-la-carte entertainment options add up fast.
